Limited Class Sizes:
Smaller classes provide more individual attention allowing dancers to progress more quickly.
No Surprise Fees:
A well organized dance studio will tell you up front about any extra costs such as costumes or recital fees.
Optional Competition Teams:
Ideally, a studio will make this opportunity available to dancers without pressuring students into competion.
Optional fundraisers:
If you’re already selling candy bars for soccer and coupon books for school, the last thing you need is another fundraiser. All profits made, go directly into dancers account.
Clean music and costumes:
Age appropriate music and costumes keep dance classes fun and positive.
Raised Dance Floors:
For safety, dance classes should always be taught on raised floors. Dancing on tile, laminate, or concrete is dangerous to dancer’s joints.
Beautiful, Complete Costumes:
Recital time should be fun and stress free. Don’t get stuck sewing or altering your child’s dance costume yourself.
Qualified Instructors:
Feel confident in who’s teaching your child. JDS Staff continues to take classes & train in the new updated styles.
